CCT™ is an 8-week program, developed at Stanford University, with insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice. The course integrates evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions, and lectures as well as real-world exercises to put learning into practice.

Who Participates in CCT™ ?
The CCT™ course is designed to support anyone who wants to engage compassion for themselves and improve their relationships with others.
Teachings are appropriate for health care professionals as well as the general public. Health care professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients.
Can I get Continuing Education credits?
Compassion Institute partners with AffinityCE to provide Continuing Education Credits (CMEs) for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, psychologists, case managers, physical therapists, and social workers. CMEs are available for select CCT classes.
If you are interested in receiving CME credits, please reach out to your instructor before registering to ensure that CME credits will be available, or contact Compassion Institute at [email protected].
Participants must attend a minimum of 7 out of 8 sessions to qualify for CMEs and will receive 14 CMEs if they meet the requirements.
