Dr. Tadahiro Wakasugi is a Professor at GLOBIS University and a Senior Faculty Director at GLOBIS Corporation, specializing in leadership development, organizational change, and the cultivation of compassion in the workplace. He holds a DBA from Hitotsubashi University, an MBA from London Business School, and a master’s in engineering from the University of Tokyo. He previously worked as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he supported organizations in developing strategies and driving transformation. He is a certified teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training and Mindful Self-Compassion, and serves as a director at the Japan Positive Psychology Association and the 100 Years of Life Association.
