Merlene holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA and MBA) plus Masters in Coaching. She is a certified Integral® Coach accredited by New Ventures West USA affiliated to the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has 25+ years’ experience as a senior executive/ senior director within international FTSE 100 and Blue Chip organizations. She is a student of life exploring the intersection of embodied presence and contemplative practices.
