Compassion Institute’s mission is to advance compassion as a guiding principle and active force to foster a more caring world.  We work with the health sector to support those who choose to serve and help others, from students to clinicians to leaders in the sector.

Join us for a one-hour introductory Compassion in Medicine Web Talk about empathy, compassion, and empathy-fatigue that will include practical strategies that can be incorporated into your busy schedule. The session will include experiential components designed to increase awareness and begin to strengthen your compassion muscle.

By building compassion, you can help to increase happiness, resilience, and self-caring behavior, as well as decreasing worry, anger, mind-wandering, and emotional suppression. By attending this introductory Compassion in Medicine Web Talk, you will learn more about building a compassion practice of your own.

The cost of registration is $30.00
