I am a social and environmental activist and a teacher of Buddhist philosophy and meditation. In 1996 I founded Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds, and taught regularly at the Centre for 25 years. Recently I have focussed on more secular approaches including Compassion Cultivation Training and Eco-Dharma, also the work of Mind and Life Institute. I am currently studying the FPMT Masters Programme in Buddhist Studies at Nalanda Monastery in France.
