I work as a health psychologist in my own center. A health psychology center in Alcobendas (Madrid). I am currently a health psychologist, but for more than 10 years I worked in the field of business. My professional training and experience in two very different disciplines, Health Sciences and the business world, have given me a rich and multifaceted vision of the human being in different contexts. I have therapeutic training in various and very different psychological orientations: Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Clinical and Ericksonian Hypnosis Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Contextual Therapies and Functional Analytical Psychotherapy. I am specialised in Experiential Humanistic Psychotherapy, Emotion Focused, Contextual Therapies, Clinical Hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.
