She hosts “Integrate Compassion”, offering compassion education courses and retreats, including evidence based approaches to cultivating compassion through sharing wisdom traditions and practical exercises. Integrate Compassion students find the courage in themselves to meet life with compassion and wisdom. Compassion for those supporting loved ones who suffer from mental health disorders and addiction issues is at the heart of her vision to offer this training.
